Easter

Here are some pictures from our Easter adventures this year.  The first are of the boys finding their baskets and eggs at the house.  And the toys that they each built.  Then pictures from our friends house where we had Easter lunch.  I had to take a picture of the deviled eggs that I made - they took me long enough to peal :)!  Enjoy - hope you all had a great holiday too.

Wamego Tulip Festival

Yesterday we went out to the Wamego Tulip Festival.   The boys had a great time on the bouncy castles - that cost a fortune, going through the petting zoo and riding a pony!  We also got to take a couple of pictures in front of the tulips!  Here are some of the highlights...

Another Soccer Game

Here are some more pictures of Alex playing soccer.  His last game was on Wednesday the 13th.  It was an emotional game for Alex, he had two hand balls and got called for them so that was upsetting to him.  He couldn't have avoided one and the other would have hit him in the face so he really couldn't have avoided that one either.  Oh well - it is never fun for them to take the ball from your team and give it to the other one.  His team did really good against the team - they played them last season and got beat like 20-1.  This time it was much closer - they only lost by one or two.  Here are the pics

Rodeo Day at UCC Preschool

Yesterday was rodeo day at Luke's Preschool.  Here are some pictures of Luke and Alex before school and then some of Luke and Ben (our neighbor) at the school.

Soccer Games

Alex had his first soccer games of the spring season on Saturday.  He had a game at 10am then another one at Noon.  He did great in both games.  He has improved so much in the last year.  He scored two goals in the first game and one in the second!!  His team, the Wizards, won both games.  The team was so excited since they only won two total games in the fall.

Between the two games we went to the park and had a picnic lunch.   Here are some pictures of the two games and the park - Alex is number 4.  For the second game he was the "Captain" and got to choose which side of the field that his team would start on.
